Blue Line Doodles, in partnership with P.I.S.T.L.E. and Dog Training Elite in Mesa, are thrilled to offer a transformative opportunity for a First Responder to receive a service dog completely free of charge!
Through P.I.S.T.L.E.'s generous in-kind donation, one of our exceptional puppies will be paired with a deserving First Responder facing the challenges of PTSD.
With Dog Training Elite in Mesa's contribution of free training, the First Responder and their new companion will work alongside expert trainers to ensure the dog meets the certification of service dog standards. See below for details on how to apply!
Requirements
1. Must be a current or retired Law Enforcement Officer, Firefighter, and/or Correctional Officer in the state of Arizona. 2. First Responder must be able to provide medical documentation of diagnosed Post-traumatic stress Disorder (P.T.S.D.) pertaining to a job-related incident. 3. Committed to attending all training courses assigned at Dog Training Elite in Mesa. 4.. Valid proof of previous and/or current first responder credentials 4. Must submit an email to bluelinedoodlesofarizona.com with the following information.

What symptoms are you experiencing that you believe a service dog could help improve or alleviate?
5. Fill out Blue Line Doodles puppy application. 6. Pay a $1,500 refundable upon successful program completion deposit 7. Successful Completion of interview process and home visit 8. Sign all contracts of above program participation.
